With Nina's passing weighing heavily, I'm trying to concentrate on getting my weight back down. I started walking this morning (again), and I'm hoping to work out when I get home.
Exercise being, of course, one of the remedies for depression recommended by all of your best counselors and Cosmo quizzes.
I have all the classic symptoms: sleeping, time crawling by, lack of interest in hobbies, etc. I seemed to do okay while we had company over the weekend, but the minute we called it a night, it all came crashing down again.
Work has been pretty tough, though. The crawling time syndrome isn't helping.
