I live in Texas, so summer can be punishing. Air Conditioning is a must. Ours began unconditioning Sunday, but the weather has been unusually nice so we weren't in a desperate rush.

Good thing, too.

Repair call #1: Replace the outside unit, and probably the inside unit, too. $5000 +.

Repair call #2: Found your problem and fixed it. $200.

I'm running the temperature down to 70 degrees now, just for fun.
